Gallup has been hard at work recently collecting data, offering new tools, and launching new products. Because you are a strengths-based organization, and many of your team members have received their CliftonStrengths® 34 Report, you have more tools at your disposal than ever before.

​A compilation of each team's strengths sorted by their name and strengths domain. This report can show either their Top 5 Strengths or their Top 10 Strengths. Includes domain rank for the team, frequency of strengths, a bar chart, and a spark graph. This is an excellent visual for your team to reference when approaching daily work situations.​

​Bring/Need Report

Each strength contributes in different ways. This report provides several aspects of a strength that enhance a situation. Likewise, each strength has a series of needs that help team members to contribute at their best. When these needs are not met, it is difficult for team members to thrive.​

Personal Insights Report

​

​A collection of words and phrases that outline key aspects of each team member's strengths. The value of this tool comes with the additional awareness of how team members understand more about the role they play, the value they bring, motivators, and demotivators.​​

Strengths Advantage Worksheets

 

A deep dive into how your team members can apply the advantages of their strengths in different situations. Examples include managing change, productivity, decision making, persuading others, getting things done, situational leadership, and more. When paired with one-off coaching sessions, this is a powerful tool for your team members.

  • We meet for 60 minutes every other week for 6 months (year-long options are available). 

  • We clear-out those unhelpful thoughts holding you back. We shake-up old thought patterns that are keeping you stuck. And then we focus on your strengths to blast away those unhelpful thoughts.

  • We focus on the vision that you have FOR YOU. Not just a high-level vision with fancy words, but a vision for what you want, and why it's important to you.

  • We talk it through because that’s when your thoughts become things. And then we break down the things, step-by-step.

  • We work together and build on each other’s ideas so you can move forward again.
