Sometimes this growth and change is challenging, but often it is exhilarating, especially when we look at it through the lens of opportunity. When I speak with clients who are in the midst of change and growth, who decide to change their point-of-view from change is “bad” to change is “an opportunity to learn something about myself,” transformation happens.
